INSURANCE

Insurance
I am currently in-network with Aetna.

I can provide out-of-network clients with a superbill of services that is submitted to an insurance provider for reimbursement. A superbill is an itemized invoice with details about the services I provide. For more information about rates and services, please contact me directly.

To determine if you have mental healthcare coverage through your insurance provider, you should contact them by calling the phone number on the back of your health insurance card. Therapy services may be covered in full or partially by your health insurance provider or employee benefit plan.

Questions to ask your health insurance provider:
-
Does my health insurance plan include mental health benefits?
-
Do I have a deductible? If so, what is it and have I met it yet?
-
Does my plan limit how many sessions per calendar year I can have? If so, what is the limit?
-
Do I need written approval from my primary care physician in order for services to be covered?
-
What is the process for reimbursement and what is the information I need to obtain from my therapist?

Payment
Payment is due at the time of services rendered and I accept all major credit and debit cards through a secure billing platform. Please be aware that you must provide at least 24 hours advance notice if you need to cancel a session. If a session is canceled less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled time, you will be charged the full fee for the session.
